Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment location in Arlington, Virginia.

Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
  • Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

You will receive:

  • An order confirmation email after checkout
  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

All orders are shipped via USPS. Available services may include:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: typically 3–5 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: typically 2–3 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail Express: typically 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or seasonal volume.

Shipping Costs

  • Free standard U.S. shipping on orders over $25.
  • Orders under $25 are charged the USPS rate shown at checkout.
  • Expedited USPS services (such as Priority or Express) are available at checkout for an additional cost.

Order Tracking

All shipments include tracking. Once your package ships, you will receive an email with your tracking link.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@pillpodstore.com.

We will work directly with USPS to help resolve the issue. Once USPS completes their investigation, we will process a replacement or refund as appropriate.

PO Boxes, APO/FPO & Military Addresses

We ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and military addresses via USPS.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.
