Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, as long as they meet the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, contact us at support@pillpodstore.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return shipping costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. You may use your own shipping method, or we can provide a prepaid return shipping label and deduct the cost of that label from your refund amount.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do accept exchanges.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. If you need help with an exchange, email us at support@pillpodstore.com.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved or not.
If approved, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@pillpodstore.com.
European Union Orders
We currently do not ship to the European Union, so the EU 14-day cooling-off period does not apply.
